Process Capability :   The R&D team consists of 36 research scientists. The department has labs for molecular biology, immunology, HPLC and animal tests. The department is under the direct leadership of Xun He, the General Manager of the company. Xun He graduated from Tsinghua University and National University of Singapore. He is a member of the Bio-products committee under the Chinese Pharmacopeia. The R&D team successfully developed EPO? (recombinant human erythropoietin) in 1996, making Kexing the No.1 producer of the product in China. The project was admitted into China's National Torch Plan, the country's key R&D project.
